Refund Policy

At EduCreate Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences that deliver real professional value. We understand that circumstances change and that our learners deserve clarity and fairness when it comes to refunds. This Refund Policy explains in comprehensive detail the terms, conditions, timeframes, and procedures applicable to refund requests for all products and services offered through the EduCreate Academy platform.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly through the educreate-academy.com website, including single-course enrollments, professional development bundles, and monthly premium membership subscriptions. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.

Key Principle Our refund policy is built on a simple principle: we want you to be confident in your investment. If a course does not meet your expectations and you have not consumed a significant portion of the content, we will issue a full refund. If you have made substantial progress through a course, we believe the value has been delivered and the enrollment fee is earned.

Single-Course Purchase Refunds

For individual course purchases made at the standard listed price or any promotional price, the following refund terms apply. You may request a full refund of your course enrollment fee within thirty calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that you have completed less than twenty-five percent of the total course content. Course completion percentage is calculated based on the total number of lessons, quizzes, and assignments marked as complete in our learning management system.

If you have completed twenty-five percent or more of the course content at the time your refund request is received and verified, the enrollment fee is considered earned by EduCreate Academy and is not eligible for a refund. This threshold exists because completing a quarter or more of a course indicates that you have received meaningful educational value from the materials.

If a certificate of completion has already been issued for the course, the enrollment fee is considered fully earned and no refund will be provided, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase or the percentage of content completed. Certificates represent verified proof of competency and their issuance confirms that the educational service has been fully delivered.

Professional Development Bundle Refunds

The Professional Development Bundle includes access to multiple courses for a single bundled price that represents a significant discount compared to purchasing each course individually. Bundle purchases are eligible for a full refund within thirty calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no individual course within the bundle has been completed in its entirety and no completion certificate for any bundle course has been issued.

If any single course within the bundle has been fully completed or any certificate has been issued, the bundle purchase becomes non-refundable in its entirety. This policy reflects the fact that the bundled pricing is structured to deliver value across the full collection of courses, and the completion of even one course represents delivery of substantial educational value.

Partial refunds for bundles are not available. You may not receive a partial refund for the unused portion of a bundle while retaining access to courses you have already completed. The bundle is sold as an integrated product, and refund eligibility is determined on an all-or-nothing basis.

Monthly Premium Membership Refunds

Monthly Premium Membership subscriptions operate on a recurring billing model. Membership fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. When you subscribe to the monthly membership, you gain immediate unlimited access to all courses on the platform, all course materials, the community forum, and any live sessions scheduled during your active membership period. Because access is granted instantly and in full, the membership fee for the current month is considered earned at the time of payment.

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your account settings dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is processed. EduCreate Academy does not offer prorated refunds for partial months of membership, and we do not refund membership fees for months in which you did not actively use the platform.

If you cancel your membership and later choose to re-subscribe, you will be charged the membership rate in effect at the time of re-subscription, which may differ from your previous rate. Your course progress, certificates, and account data will be preserved during any period of inactive membership, allowing you to resume your learning journey seamlessly when you return.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must contact the EduCreate Academy support team in writing. All refund requests must be submitted via email to the address listed in the contact section at the end of this policy. Your refund request must include your full name, the email address associated with your EduCreate Academy account, the name of the course or product for which you are requesting a refund, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request. Providing a clear reason helps us improve our courses and address any issues you may have experienced.

The refund review and processing timeline is as follows:

Day 1 — Request Received
Your refund request is received by our support team and logged into our system. You will receive an automated acknowledgment email confirming that your request has been received and is being processed.
Days 2–5 — Review Period
Our team reviews your request against the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. We verify your purchase date, calculate your course completion percentage, check whether any certificates have been issued, and confirm that your account is in good standing. If additional information is needed, a team member will contact you during this period.
Day 6 — Decision Notification
You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the email will include the refund amount and the expected timeframe for the funds to appear in your account. If denied, the email will explain the specific reason based on the eligibility criteria in this policy.
Days 7–14 — Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. EduCreate Academy initiates the refund promptly upon approval but cannot control processing times on the banking side.

Refund Method and Currency

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid or available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, which may include a credit to a different payment card, a bank transfer, or account credit toward future purchases on the EduCreate Academy platform. Refunds are processed in United States Dollars. EduCreate Academy is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount caused by currency exchange rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of refund.

Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds under any conditions:

  • Completed Courses: Any course for which a completion certificate has been issued is non-refundable, as the full educational service has been delivered and verified.
  • Expired Bundle Access: Bundle purchases that have exceeded the twelve-month access period from the date of purchase are not eligible for refund, as the full access term has been provided.
  • Current-Month Membership Fees: As stated above, membership fees for the current billing period are non-refundable upon payment.
  • Chargeback Abuse: If a user initiates a chargeback with their financial institution without first contacting EduCreate Academy for a refund in accordance with this policy, the user's account may be permanently suspended, and they may be barred from future purchases on the platform.
  • Promotional or Free Items: Courses or services provided at no cost as part of a promotion, giveaway, scholarship, or trial period carry no monetary value and are not eligible for any refund or compensation.
  • Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased access to an EduCreate Academy course through a third-party platform, reseller, or corporate training aggregator, you must seek refunds through that third party according to their policies, not through EduCreate Academy directly.

Course Quality Guarantee

Beyond the standard refund policy, EduCreate Academy stands behind the quality of every course on our platform. If, within the first seven days of enrollment, you determine that a course contains materially inaccurate information, significantly outdated content, or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the learning materials despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with our support team, you may be eligible for a refund even if you have exceeded the twenty-five percent completion threshold. This quality guarantee does not cover subjective dissatisfaction with an instructor's teaching style, disagreement with the course's pedagogical approach, or failure to achieve specific career outcomes.

Refund Policy for Corporate and Group Enrollments

Organizations that purchase course access for multiple employees or group training programs are subject to separate terms negotiated at the time of purchase. Corporate and group enrollment agreements may include custom refund schedules, bulk pricing adjustments, and dedicated account management. The refund terms for corporate purchases will be specified in the applicable master services agreement, statement of work, or group enrollment contract. In the absence of specific refund terms in a corporate agreement, the standard refund terms outlined in this policy shall apply on a per-seat basis.

Changes to This Refund Policy

EduCreate Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes to the refund policy will apply prospectively only and will not affect purchases made prior to the effective date of the change. The version of this Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern any refund request related to that purchase. We encourage you to review this policy before making any purchase on the platform. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email.

Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you believe the denial was made in error, you may submit an appeal within fourteen calendar days of receiving the denial notification. Appeals must be sent in writing to the email address provided below and must include any additional information or documentation supporting your position that was not included in your original refund request. An appeal review will be conducted by a different team member than the one who made the initial determination. Appeal decisions will be communicated within ten business days and are final.
